00880_Panache_Real_Role_Models_WebIt is clear there has been a shift in media focus towards empowering women, but what really excited us at effect was how differently Panache positioned their Modelled By Role Models campaign.

All the Role Models’ successes have been reliant on a healthy approach to body image and these women have all achieved and exceeded personal goals because they are comfortable in their own skin.

From a design prospective we wanted to reinforce Panache’s brand by retaining the feel of the main brand site with a high-end fashion feel. It was important we took an intelligent approach that complimented the ladies beauty, showcased Panache’s fantastic products, whilst reinforcing a serious message to inspire change. A key consideration for us was to ensure the site was designed so that it responded neatly depending on the user’s screen size and offered touch friendly navigation on mobile.

We worked hard to ensure Panache’s products were intrinsic to each role model and their story. We achieved this through effective product positioning, and this enabled us to take the audience on a visual journey from each Role Model through their achievements, supported by their favourite Panache products.

The campaign has been launched now for just over a week and has already been covered by Drapers, Marie Claire, Daily Mail and Cosmopolitan.
