We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our growing team. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, leveraging first-party data to craft personalised and effective marketing strategies that resonate with our clients' target audiences.
Client Relationship Management: You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, responsible for maintaining and nurturing these relationships. This involves understanding client needs, and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with the agency's services.
Campaign Management and Strategy: You will oversee the production of marketing campaigns and websites from start to finish. This includes briefing the internal teams, strategising with clients, and ensuring that our solutions align with the client's marketing and advertising goals.
Team Leadership: You will lead a team of enthusiastic account managers, providing guidance and ensuring the highest level of service. This may include collaborating with various departments within the agency.
Financial and Operational Planning: You will be responsible for budget management and operational planning, you will ensure that projects are completed within the agreed budget and schedule.
Business Development: You will play a significant role in expanding business with our existing clients and generating new accounts, contributing to the agency's growth.
Creative and Strategic Input: leaning on your five years of agency experience you will have a persuasive and confident approach to projects, contributing creatively and strategically to the development of our solutions.
A genuine love of love all things digital and a sound understanding of digital marketing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a proven track record in client management and campaign development.
Strong understanding of first-party data utilisation in marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Leadership experience, with a knack for motivating and guiding teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Experience in using generative AI
Experience in the property industry
