Role Purpose:
To support our senior team of Account Managers and directors in delivering projects efficiently through our studio, while keeping clients and internal stakeholders updated with progress.
A day in this role will involve:
- Writing briefs for updates to existing projects
- Preparing quotes and managing budget sheets
- Keeping our internal management systems up-to-date
- Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
- Managing day to day admin tasks
- Some copywriting for wireframes and UI designs
- Writing, setting up and scheduling email marketing
- Researching new projects and brainstorming creative ideas
You will:
- LOVE all things digital; whether that’s having an eye for great UI, being excited about standout content or buzzing when you see an upward graph in GA.
- Be excited about conversion rates and the result from all our work and keen to understand how it can be optimised.
- Have a can do attitude and work well within a team to meet tight deadlines
- Love to write interesting, clickable and perfect formed copy
- Find nothing worse then making errors but when you do you’ll learn from it
- No mater how busy you will always be super organised and will have a system for staying on top of your tasks
- Be confident talking to people on the phone
- Learn quickly, by knowing there’s (almost) no such thing as a silly question if it helps get something done
- Have 2 years experience in an agency or client side ideally delivering web projects
- Be competent using Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps and Apple computers/applications
It will be beneficial if you have experience in any of these areas:
- Travel & Hospitality
- Arts & Culture
- Retail
- Ecommerce – Shopify/BigCommerce
- Web Apps – WordPress (or similar), SaaS CMS platforms (Contentful or Similar)
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads/PPC
