Role Purpose:

This is your opportunity to take an already successful department, unlocking its potential for effect and its clients. With the help and guidance of the Head of Inbound and Directors you will help to shape and deliver the marketing services we offer, delivering success for clients and growing the department.

A day in this role will involve:

  • Brainstorming and planning campaigns
  • Creating planning documentation including budget breakdowns and forecasted results
  • Reviewing ad creative and copy to ensure they are optimised
  • Hands-on execution of campaigns across all web, SEO, SEM, social & PPC
  • Reviewing existing GA set-ups to ensure they can track specific KPIs
  • Creating tracking briefs when needed
  • Identifying and communicating trends, along with regular reporting
  • Optimising campaigns based on data insight
  • Quick problem solving
  • Developing our talented junior marketing executive
  • Working closely with our Head of Inbound to devise and implement strategies while at the same time improving your own knowledge base

 

What we expect:

  • That you are competent using Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps and Apple computers/applications
  • 3+ years Digital Marketing experience either within an agency or relevant sector
  • Proven success in managing marketing channels with a strong focus on: SEO & CRO, PPC, eCRM, social media & email marketing.
  • An excellent knowledge of GA and Google Tag Manager
  • That you are competent using Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps and Apple computers/applications
  • 3+ years Digital Marketing experience either within an agency or relevant sector
  • Comfortable planning, managing and reporting on media budgets
  • Be able to take a complex solution and explain it simply
  • Excellent working knowledge of SEO techniques and inbound marketing
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and team working skills, specifically the ability to talk about complex solutions at a technical level and convey the same information in a simple way to keep our clients up to speed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good data analysis
  • Strong presentation skills
