Role Purpose

To make our clients feel confident and happy by delivering projects on time using excellent documentation, strong communication and by motivating the internal team.

 

What we expect:

  • That you are competent in using Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps and Apple computers/applications
  • 2+ years in a similar role at management level
  • That you are comfortable speaking to clients
  • That you are a great internal communicator easily moving between the teams and supporting the Account managers
  • You will have experience working some of our tech stack which includes; WordPress, Contentful, Big Commerce, Larval and React, API integrations and Retool
  • You will have an understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of Project Management, we expect that you know your RACI, Gantt Charts & Risk Registers and understand appropriate methodologies and processes including requirements definition, sitemaps, schematics and wireframes, web analytics, etc
  • To have excellent standards when it comes to creating detailed scoping documents and quotations.
  • To be able to hold the team responsible for upholding standards and meeting deadlines
  • Proactively manage the scope, timings and priority of projects ensuring no work outside the agreed scope is undertaken
  • Obtain timely sign-off on client deliverables, project phases and final project acceptance documents
  • Proactively manage all financial aspects of projects, managing all cost implications, burn rates and taking remedial action where these have deviated from agreed scope.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills, specifically the ability to talk about complex solutions at a technical level and then to convey the same information in a simple way to keep our clients up to speed
  • To be adept with PM tools such as monday.com, ClickUp or JIRA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good data analysis
  • It would be an advantage if you have e-commerce experience, particularly BigCommerce.
