We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of our diverse range of products and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, meet the highest quality standards, and exceed client expectations.
Plan and execute projects that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Document and track all changes within a project, prepare end-of-project reports, close all project documentation, and archive appropriate records
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Partner with stakeholders across internal teams to support resource management.
Obtain timely sign-off on client deliverables, project phases and final project acceptance documents
Establish agendas and clear follow-ups from all meetings
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Manage trade-offs among scope, quality, time, and cost
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Must have at least 3 years of agency experience
Must have experience in managing projects with a value >£100k
Strong negotiation skills
A solid understanding of how client budgets and internal profitability work
Must be an excellent communicator with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships – indeed you may even have clients that will move agency to stay with you
Awesome Problem-solving skills
Able to work autonomously
Unfaltering attention to detail
The ability to take complex solutions and explain them in a way that a client understands and can therefore approve
Equally, the ability to take an ambiguous brief and know what questions to ask to pin down the exact requirements
Have a genuine passion for your work and all things digital.
This job reports directly to the Head of Client Services
