The Role

As a leading data-first agency, we specialise in the creation and management of high-quality dynamic websites, SaaS products, and efficient back-office management systems. Our team is driven by innovation, dedication to quality, and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of digital delivery across a range of websites, platforms and performance-led campaigns. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating delivery teams, managing scope and schedules, and ensuring that projects meet both client expectations and internal performance targets.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned digital projects from brief to launch

  • Maintain detailed project plans, task lists, and delivery documentation

  • Lead project meetings, including sprint planning and progress check-ins

  • Manage resources across design, development, tracking, and marketing teams

  • Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and scope changes

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain budget awareness, tracking time and costs to keep within tolerance

  • Support onboarding of new project team members and junior PMs

  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement within the Project Management team

About you

  • Minimum 2 years in a digital agency project management role

  • Confident running client-facing meetings and delivery ceremonies

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proven ability to manage scope, time, and budget constraints

  • Capable of working independently, juggling multiple projects

  • Comfortable managing tech projects as well as marketing rollouts

  • Attention to detail and ability to brief complex ideas clearly
