The Music Works approached Effect as they required a new website that had to be appealing to young people and supporters of the charity. As they worked with a wide age range, from primary school children to young adults, the website needed to be easy to use and navigate so age-appropriate information could be found quickly.
Using new brand guidelines and existing photography, a colourful and contemporary website was created during the design process. The website was fully responsive, ensuring the many facets of what The Music Works has to offer was easily laid out. This included a mega menu overlay to highlight all of the section, all of the way from getting started to the school curriculum.
During the build, The Music Works’ Hubspot was integrated from Gravity Forms so that the team could seamlessly keep in touch with subscribers of their newsletter. Due to the age and general demographic of the people the charity works with, it was important that accessibility was considered and included at every stage of the design and build. This included being able to register their interest directly through the website, rather than using another service to do so.Visit The Music Works
